Incepted in the year 1992, we are a prominent name in plastic injection moulds & components.We are manufacturing plastic injection moulds & components for all type of industries like automobile, textile, electrical,defence, avaition, electronics, machinaries, computer, household etc.etc We have experiance in moulding Ultem, ABS, Nylon, PBT, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, SAN, Polyacetal,all filled materials & all grades. We are also manufacturing aluminum pressure die casting tools and doing precision machined parts. In adddition we are rendering designing services for moulds & dies also.
Having a dynamic team of qualified and experience professionals along with state-of-art infrastructural facilities we have been able to acquire a huge clientele that spreads not only in India but also out side India. Moreover, we are striving towards enhancing the quality of our product while reducing its costs. This is done by upgrading the machinery and technology so as to make the manufacturing process faster. We are manufacturing all types of Plastic Injection Moulds, Pressure Die casting Dies and Precision Machined Components. We are also having facility to take production of molded components. For mould manufacturing we use superior quality mould steel as per the customer requirment.
Our range of service include Part modeling, Proto type model for sampels, Designing of moulds, Manufacturing Plastic Injection Moulds, Plastic Injection Molded Parts, Aluminum and zinc Pressure Die Castings Dies, Aluminum and Zinc Die Casted Components, Precision machining & sub-assembly.
We have manufactured plastic injection moulds for all engineering sectors from household to avaition sectors.Which includes parts in materials ABS,Nylon,Polyacetal,polycarbonate, acrylic, ULTEM, Polypropylene, Filled materaials, PP, HDPE and LDPE. We also manufacture Aluminum and Pressure Die Castings Tools, Aluminum and Zinc Die Casted Components and precison machined components as per customer sample or drawing.
Our product range are plastic injection moulds, plastic injection molded components, pressure die casting dies, product designing. These are provided as per customer specification.
We use softwares SOLID WORKS, DELCAM POWER MILL, DELCAM POWER SHAPE, DELCAM TOOLMAKER & DELCAM ELECTRODE for designing and machining.

We have separate department for quality assurance, supported by all inspections equipments. Last but not the least, our final range of plastic injection moulds, dies and other molded components are also checked before dispatching them to our clients.
